Corporation Counsel, Tom Leone read Ordinance #13 of 2004 amending Municipal Code, Chapter 45, entitled ‘Water Rates”.

Council discussed Water and Sewer Rates.

Other Business –
Land Sale Resolution #126 of 2004, authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents to effectuate the exchange of land between Auburn Associates, LlC and the City of Auburn for the purpose of the realignment of McIntosh Drive Extension.
Vote: Councilor Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, aye, Mayor Lattimore, absent. PASSED
Council Resolution #127 of 2004 authorizing the abandonment of a portion of McIntosh Drive Extension as a public street and accept the realigned portion of McIntosh Drive Extension as a public street. Vote: Councilor Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, aye, Mayor Lattimore, absent. PASSED
